Study On Evaluation System Of The Eco-city Green Benefits

Based on the theory of evaluation of the eco-city green benefits and a realistic, this paper selects15evaluating indicator from security, ecological, ornamental, and economic and establish an evaluation system of the eco-city green benefits, then determine the standards of evaluation index system. Calculated by analytic hierarchy process, weights of security, ecological, ornamental, economic are0.351,0.351,0.189,0.109; then evaluates security, ecological, ornamental, economics of the eco-city green benefits by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This paper takes Sino-Singapore Tianjin eco-city as an example, calculates scores of security, ecological, ornamental, economic and compositive benefits by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, which are94.94、100、85.04、59.98and91.02. The evaluation results show that the eco-city green benefits planning gets a level of excellent in security, ecological, ornamental and compositive benefits. During the period of the eco-city construction, the inputs in green is much more than the outputs in green, so the score of economic is very low; but in a long time, as the inputs reduce and the outputs increase, the economic benefits will get better and better. So the level of the eco-city green benefits can be considered as excellent, the evaluation system is scientific and reasonable in a certain extent.
