Research On Zhoushan Island B&B Under The Background Ofleisure Fishery Development

Zhoushan has developed fisheries and is one of the four major fishing grounds in China.However,in recent years,fisheries development has been in trouble due to the continued decline of fishery resources.Transforming traditional fisheries and developing recreational fisheries is a new way of fishery development under the situation of sharp decline in fishery resources,and is a strategic choice for realizing the restructuring of the fishery industry.According to the national “13th Five-Year Plan”,Zhoushan held a conference on the transformation and upgrading of recreational fisheries,pointing out that the next five years will become a golden period for the development of recreational fisheries.Under the background of the leisure economic boom,a large number of homestays have emerged in Zhoushan,but the service items are single and the homogenization phenomenon is serious,resulting in the phenomenon of “one thousand villages and one night”.With the advent of the leisure era,leisure has become an important part of human life.As an area closely related to people's leisure needs(material and spiritual),B&B should be committed to meeting higher levels of demand.Through the field investigation of the development status of Zhoushan B&B,the field investigation of Dongsha B&B and the analysis of domestic and foreign research literature,the author found that the development of Zhoushan Island B&B has unique natural landscape,unique tourism resources,long-standing human resources,and unique fishery and leisure projects.Convenient advantages such as convenient transportation and policy support;however,there are also development problems such as lack of characteristic culture as industrial support,low industrial integration,low quality of hotel operators,lack of unified brand and propaganda advantages,and vicious competition of hotel houses.Based on the above status quo,this paper searches the domestic and international leisure fishery and homestay research,and briefly summarizes the relationship between fishery and B&B.On this basis,it discusses the significance of developing Zhoushan Island B&B under the background of leisure fishery development.Then,by analyzing the status quo,development advantages and problems of Zhoushan B&B,the development direction and related countermeasures of Zhoushan Island B&B are proposed.Then apply the countermeasures to the actual case: design the development direction and countermeasures of Dongsha Town Fishing Village B&B.I hope to provide reasonable reference for the development of Zhoushan Island Homestay.
