Research On The Cooperative Development Of Small And Micro Enterprises And Community Economic Resilience

As an important part of China's national economic and social development,small and micro enterprises play a decisive role in expanding employment,increasing tax revenue and promoting stability.The development of small and micro enterprises has greatly promoted the development of community economy and thus enhanced the resilience of community economy.With the increasing competition in the market economy,the community attracts small and micro enterprises in terms of talent attraction and government preferential policies.Community is the basic unit of the city,and its economy has been playing an important role in the local area,and furthermore,communical economy has important practical significance for the development of socialist economy of our country.With the development of urbanization where the community economy is attracting more and more attention from all walks of life,its single weak economic type is a big obstacle to the development of the community.Insufficient economic resilience,caused by self-closure and limitations,also affects the overall urban economic development.Therefore,this paper summarizes the elements of community economic resilience based on literature studies such as community economic resilience,and puts forward the theoretical relationship between community economic resilience and small and micro enterprises.Then from the practical aspect,through the questionnaire survey of small and micro entrepreneurs,the existing problems in their development and the direction of collaborative development with the community are obtained.Finally,the paper proposes corresponding policies and measures for the economic resilience development of small and micro enterprises and communities,including improving the entrepreneurial consciousness of residents and enhancing their participation enthusiasm;Government policy guidance and tax incentives;Platform construction for the coordinated development of community economy and small and micro enterprises;Social capital helping small and micro enterprises to upgrade,transform and develop in a diversified way,and a number of measures have been proposed to introduce small and micro enterprises with high added value and even high-tech level.At the same time,the author hopes that this collaborative development model of small and micro enterprises and community economic resilience can be attached importance to the advocacy of government and social capital and become a solution to the collaborative development of small and micro enterprises and community economic resilience.
