| The commercial bank and enterprise are the microcosmic main bodies of the economy system, the relationship between them and the model's operation have impact on the configuration and efficiency of social resources. If the relationship has been disrupted, it would damage the interests of commercial banks, hamper the growth of finance and injure the benefits of the enterprises and then endanger the whole economy. Under the background of economic restructuring of our country, especially our finance thoroughly open to the world in 2007, to research on the relationship between commercial bank and enterprise have an important meaning to the stable operating of commercial bank and the health of our national economy.This article defined the connotations and categories of the relationship between commercial bank and enterprise, introduced the analytic procedure radical principle of intergrowth theory and pointed out that the theory analyze the state of different kinds of living beings live together with some physical connection, the relationship between commercial bank and enterprise is an symbiosis relationship, so we can study the relationship through intergrowth theory.It system recommended the intergrowth theory; provide a direction and basis of awareness the natural intergrowth system. It analyses the necessary and sufficient conditions, model and environment of bank-enterprise intergrowth and investigates the state and influencing factors of relationship between commercial bank and enterprise in Hunan Province using an evaluation model. It discovers that the model could explain the relationship well.Basing on the framework analysis and empirical analysis of the relationship between commercial bank and enterprise, we put forward countermeasures to improve the relationship: integrate and reform the bank-enterprise symbiosis units, regenerate the bank-enterprise symbiosis environment, to reach the ideal bank-enterprise symbiosis state—continuous symmetric reciprocal model. |
