Information Quality Control Of Information Construction Project In A Institue

Under the rapid development of information in society today,information has become the "blood" and "lubricant" for social and economic development and enterprise production operations.Modern information technology has been extensively infiltrated and changed our lives.High-quality information brings wealth for organizations and our society while poor ones deteriorated the decision-making or even caused economic losses.In view of this,study about information quality has great significance.In this paper,a method of information quality control based on quality function deployment(QFD)and information generation-oriented is proposed and applied to the information quality control of the information construction project of the Space research station A.Firstly,the research status and problems of information quality research is analysis and the necessity of controlling IQ based on information generation process is demonstrated.The content and features of information is analysis and the process of information construction is described.Secondly,regarded as a kind of software product,the information generation process is extended from the process of product generation and the model of manufacturing information generation process is established.With the model,the information generation process is detailed in four modules-the input module,the process module,support module and service module and the information quality requirements of time dimension,content dimension and local dimension in the Space research station A.Thirdly,the process-oriented information quality control principles of QFD are proposed and the waterfall decomposition model is established.With the planning of information,information components,information sources and quality control,the information demands of the Space research station A like timeliness,accuracy,simplicity and security are transformed into the quality control points for the information generation process.With the research,a method of information quality control is concluded based on information generation process.It provides a solution for improving the information quality during the enterprise information construction and ensures the high information quality decision-making orientation better.
