Research On The Problem Of The Aged At Home In The Countryside In Heyuan

Population aging is an important subject facing the development of society today.In the irreversible process of population aging,the elderly population is growing,a series of pension problems appear.As the specific research area of this paper,the city of Heyuan in Guangdong Province has been an important city for the export of rural labor.With a large number of young and middle-aged people out of the countryside to work in the countryside,the number of empty nest families and the elderly living alone is increasing day by day.The rural old people's daily care and other pension problems are increasingly prominent.This paper takes Heyuan City as an example,from the perspective of the study of the quality of life of the elderly in rural areas to study the problem of the aged at home,focusing on the needs of the elderly in rural areas for the provision of services for the aged at home.This makes the contents and links of the rural home old-age care work can be measured and managed,and the factors that can affect the life satisfaction and quality of life of the rural elderly most can be found out,so as to determine what factors should be covered by the family old-age care service.It is necessary to meet the needs of the elderly in rural areas,so as to have a clear position in the public service system,effectively meet the needs of the elderly in rural areas,and ensure that the government's policies for the benefit of the people can be implemented.This article will use the This paper analyzes the present situation,existing problems and their causes of the rural home-based pension system in Heyuan City,and puts forward feasible suggestions for the rural home-based pension system in Heyuan City,in order to provide theoretical basis and policy recommendations for the improvement of the rural elderly pension system.This paper aims at the background,purpose and research significance of the rural old-age pension problem in Heyuan City.Firstly,it defines the relevant concepts and systematically introduces the relevant theoretical basis on which this article is based.Secondly,this paper focuses on analyzing the basic living status of rural residents in heyuan city,including the population and distribution,the rural endowment mode,the material and spiritual life of the rural elderly,and the present situation of rural residents in heyuan city.It includes the status quo of relevant policies and regulations,the investment of funds,and the demand of rural elderly people for rural old-age service projects.In addition,this paper also focuses on analyzing the existingproblems of rural residents in Heyuan City,and analyzes the causes of these problems.Finally,through the domestic and foreign cases of rural residents to support the elderly,and to learn from the experience of the rural residents of Heyuan City,the relevant suggestions are put forward.
