Due to the speed acceleration of self-provided power plant construction, the enlargement of the construction scale and the influence of all kinds of new energy and new industry, the west region of Jiangxi Province's electric power market tends to shrink, the electricity market share is also reducing gradually. So in this article, I mainly try to solve the questions, such as how to better exploit the potential of electric power market, how to improve the terminal power market share and how to improve the power supply and power consumption.In this paper, according to the industrial structure of west region of Jiangxi Province, I try to analyze these factors: first, study the installed gross capacity of the enterprise, spontaneous and self-used electricity consumption and analyze the management defects of the non-adjustable power plant; second, analyze and research the spontaneous and self-used electricity consumption and the earnings of Photovoltaic power generation, calculate it's energy cost; third, long-term forecast current big customers' direct power supply, and the effect after sign the “big customers' direct power supply” contract with the power companies; fourth, analyze the energy cost of the boiler which have large potential when replacing the electricity in industry. Through the analysis of all these factors, I concluded the main reason why the electricity market share is declining.On the basis of these theoretical research and quantitative analysis of data,combining with different influence factors and put forward the corresponding marketing strategies, then make the theoretical basis for the company's marketing strategy. First, the marketing strategies for the self-provided power plant are to urge the government put forward relevant laws, sign the purchase and sale agreement with the enterprises and addition some extra fees; second, the marketing strategy for Photovoltaic power generation is to invest and construct dedicated photovoltaic power station for the enterprises; third, the marketing strategy for direct power supply for large customers is to improve the quality of service and through propaganda; fourth, reducing the electricity cost by replacing the energy source by electricity during the manufacture procedure. By using these marketing strategies,we can directly or indirectly increase the electricity market share.
