The Development Status And Countermeasures Of "Internet+Agriculture" In Baoying County

With the continuous improvement of Internet technology,the"Internet +" action is profoundly affecting the production and life of mankind.Therefore,promoting "Internet +" is of great significance to further speed up the modernization of agriculture.At present,the development of "Internet +agriculture" is just in its initial stage,and there are still many problems and difficulties.The "Internet + agriculture" in baoying county in central Jiangsu province has improved in the continuous exploration and development.How to further promote the deep integration of Internet technology and agriculture is an important topic that baoying county will face.Based on the research on the development status of "Internet + agriculture" in baoying County,this paper analyzes the problems and constraints in development through investigation,research,comprehensive analysis and literature analysis.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy and orderly development of Internet + agriculture in baoying County,hoping to provide valuable theoretical basis for the development of Internet + agriculture in baoying county.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)An investigation into the current situation of "Internet + agriculture" in Baoying County shows that modern agriculture in Baoying County has made steady progress,forming four major industries:grain industry,aquaculture industry,characteristic aquatic vegetables,and ecological and organic characteristic industries,and that high-efficiency agriculture has accelerated.A number of demonstration bases for modern agriculture on the Internet of Things have been formed,the level of agricultural industrialization has been improved in an all-round way,ecological agriculture has achieved remarkable results,the agricultural product regulatory system has been improved,infrastructure has been improved,the business entities have accelerated their growth,the level of science and technology has gradually increased,and the level of mechanization has steadily increased.The pace of information-based construction has accelerated.The county has built 170 village-level stations and one county-level operation center for information agencies for farmers.The coverage rate of agricultural information has reached 60.8%.The e-commerce platform for agricultural products has demonstrated vitality.With the help of Taobao and other modern online marketing platforms,132 enterprises and individuals have opened 144 online stores.Agricultural e-commerce sales were 607 million yuan.Eight new agricultural product distribution markets have been added.(2)The main factors that restrict the development of "Internet + agriculture"in Baoying County are:insufficient investment in agricultural science and technology innovation,and less funding for training of rural information talents;The comprehensive logistics capacity is insufficient,and the supply chain of agricultural products is small;The lack of uniform standards for agricultural products and the lack of clear rules for industry certification make it difficult for agricultural products to be of good quality and good price.The business environment is not good,and there are problems such as scattered merchants and poor industrial gathering.Rural E-business personnel and agro-technical service manpower are lacking,the grass-roots agro-technical promotion team is slow to update,and the people's concept of e-commerce is relatively weak.(3)In response to the problems existing in the county's "Internet +agriculture",the following suggestions are put forward:Give full play to the leading role of the government,and increase support and investment in agricultural policies,finance,and infrastructure;We will vigorously develop electronic commerce of agricultural products,standardize the online marketing behavior of agricultural products,and give full play to the leading role of star enterprises;We will make every effort to expand the circulation of agricultural products and encourage the construction of auxiliary facilities such as processing of agricultural products,storage and logistics.Widely use Internet technology to develop smart agriculture;We will speed up the training of new types of professional farmers,strengthen the training of e-business professionals,and increase support for farmers 'entrepreneurship.
