Research On Rural Tourism Development In Baoying County

In recent years,with the continuous development of rural tourism,the role of rural tourism has also emerged,and the state has paid more and more attention to the development of rural tourism.Moreover,as economic development enters a new economic normal stage of structural adjustment,slowing growth,and diversified economic dynamics,the development rural tourism has important theoretical and practical significance for accelerating rural economic development,improving the living standards of farmers,promoting the construction of new countryside and achieving the rural revitalization.In this paper,research methods such as survey method,data method and literature reading method are used to study rural tourism.Taking Baoying County as an example,the status of rural tourism development has been analyzed,the existing problems have been identified,and the advanced experience of typical cases of rural tourism at home and abroad has been drawn up.The countermeasures for the development of Baoying rural tourism have been put forward,which has certain practical significance.Baoying County is the "North Gate" of Yangzhou.It is located at the junction of Yangzhou City,Yancheng City and Huai'an City.The location advantage is obvious,the natural landscape is beautiful,the ecological resources are rich,and the humanities are profound.In recent years,under the strong promotion of the county party committee and the county government,Baoying County has vigorously developed rural tourism based on its advantageous resources such as natural scenery,ecological landscape and human history.It has formed five types of rural tourism modes like sightseeing,farming experience,self-cultivation and cultural experience which have effectively promoted local economic and social development,increased farmers' income,and improved the happiness index.However,due to the low level of organizational leadership,lack of publicity,high-level talent shortage,and low enthusiasm for participation by the whole people,Baoying's rural tourism development exists shortages in overall planning,brand selection,policy support,subject cultivation and resource protection.Different levels of deficiencies have constrained the development of Baoying's rural tourism and affected the development of Baoying's rural economy.In order to accelerate the development of Baoying rural tourism,we must adhere to the organization to lead the development of rural tourism,clarify the division of functions,strengthen management assessment;must adhere to overall planning and coordinated development,focus on resource integration,and gradually promote industrial integration;must adhere to propaganda packaging,shape tourism image,improve development quality,rich cultural connotation;must adhere to ecological protection,enhance follow-up motivation,establish a talent concept,and improve service awareness.
