County as a basic administrative unit in China has a long history,At present,there are more than 2000 counties and cities in China,and more than 96%of them live in counties.Only 4%of them live in big cities.The development of "four modernizations" is closely related to the county economy.The new industrialization of county area is an important way to promote the rational growth of county economy,so it is of great importance to carry out research on it."High technology,good economic benefits,low resource consumption,low environmental pollution,and full use of human resources" is the basic characteristics of the new industrialization summed up in the sixteen major reports of the party.Technology is the first productivity and the driving force of new industrialization.Therefore,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the connotation of new industrialization and scientific and technological innovation,the paper takes Suzhou city of Jiangsu Province as the research area to fully analyze the status of the new industrialization development in the District of Wuzhong District.By taking the regional economic growth as eye point,the paper deeply analyzes the shortage of the new industrialization scientific and technological support in Wuzhong District,and finds out the problems and causes;On the basis of the above analysis,we build a new industrialization strategy supporting science and technology and propose viable measures:propelling the innovative national construction,deepen reform of science and technology institutions,propelling financial innovation and breakthrough,strengthen technology cooperation and providing innovation environment. |
