At present, although the automobile industry of our country is in the primary development period, foreign vehicle manufacturing firms throng in, due to market quantity and multiple demands increasing. The domestic automobile industrial structure transforms by original "the longitudinal integration" into the present "the crosswise integration". Along with the vehicle manufacturing firms and the automobile spare parts enterprise's separation, many the vehicle manufacturing firms have already changed the direction of improving product qualities and reducing product costs from the past pure excavation enterprise interior production and technical potential to establishing the strategic partnership with suppliers. The vehicle manufacturing firms give the non-core automobile spare parts outsourcing the supplier, and let the suppliers participate in the research of new products. They improve product qualities and reduce product cost together.The Supply Chain Management is obtained universal application in the automobile industry, and become one kind of effective management pattern. But many vehicle manufacturing firms haven't established perfect supplier evaluation system. In view of these questions, this article in the Supply Chain Management theory's foundation, has analyzed the present situation of the supply chain management in the automobile industry, proposed the strategic partner choices flow, and established the automobile spare parts supplier's evaluation system from the supplier technological innovation ability aspect. Compared with the former suppliers evaluation system, the paper points out the advantage of the Principal Component Analysis, and applies it in the inspection automobile spare parts supplier technological innovation ability.And then, this article takes the Zhejiang Jili Holding Group as an example, carries on the evaluation to its 12 automobile spare parts supplier's technological innovation ability, and gets the synthesis place at last, and at last there also are some advice about it. Finally, in view of the new situation of the automobile industry supply chain management, the paper proposes some measures and suggestions to the vehicle manufacturing firms and the automobile spare parts enterprises, and points out defect places of this paper, and then expects the future research.
