Broadband is the significant basic of national economic and social development, providing access to the E-business, internet of things and mobile internet with high speed. China announces the strategy of "Broadband China" and execution plan, enterprises of terminal access equipment industry benefits a lot meanwhile competes intensely. In the face of fierce competition and product homogeneity, the enterprise must strengthen the supply chain management to improve their competitiveness. As the source of supply chain, supplier evaluation and selection is the basis of supply chain management. With fitted supplier, the enterprises can promote its competitiveness so as to bring in higher revenue. The scientific, comprehensive, objective evaluation and selection of suppliers becomes extremely significant.This article use the research methods which is in combination with Literature Research, Field Survey, Instance Analysis to study the supplier evaluation and selection of D company. The current status and existing problem of D company's supplier evaluation and selection is presented firstly; Secondly, clear the purposes of the work that D company improve their supplier evaluation and selection, through the questionnaires to determine the index of supplier evaluation, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to determine the supplier evaluation index system and the weights of indexes, establish scoring criteria and optimize the supplier evaluation and selection process. Finally, select the power adapter supplier as a research subject,analyzing the examples and select the one which is suitable for D company. This verify the evaluation system and method described herein can be scientific, comprehensive and objective to evaluate suppliers. The outcome of this study could be a reference for electronic manufacturing enterprises to improve the quality of its product, low down its cost and select suppliers.
