With the continuous development of national economy and science and technology,high-speed rail and aircraft have become the preferred way for people to travel.The change of transportation mode makes tourism a pillar industry in the tertiary industry,which can not only expand employment opportunities,but also drive the development of related industries.The hotel industry has been developing and expanding under the background of this era.Since China's entry into WTO,both the quantity and quality of hotels have shown a significant upward trend.However,hotels are also facing with many multinational companies to grab market share competition situation.Hotel is a labor-intensive industry.Therefore,to strengthen human resource management and effectively implement performance assessment becomes the core and key for enterprise managers to improve the performance of hotel operation.Y hotel is a state-owned enterprise nature of the hotel,in order to improve the hotel performance,to ensure that the hotel development,based on the related concepts and theories of performance evaluation and the research status at home and abroad,with Y hotel as the research object,using literature research,questionnaire investigation and case study method,etc.,to Y hotel survey,questionnaire survey and the status quo of the performance appraisal is analyzed,emphatically analyzes the Y hotel performance appraisal problems and the reasons,and aiming at the existing problem of Y hotel performance evaluation,put forward to meet the requirements of Y hotel the existence and development of the hotel performance evaluation system improvement measures,to improve the hotel staff performance,department performance,eventually improve the purpose of the hotel performance,let the hotel can be sustainable and healthy development.Performance appraisal is an important factor for awakening the human capital,also is a double-edged sword,effective performance appraisal system can have incentive effect,the opposite may have the opposite effect,weaken the hotel staffs enthusiasm.Based on this thought,this paper studied the Y hotel performance evaluation system,in order to learn.
