As we all know,the strength of the company's competitiveness is mainly reflected in the strength of the company's human resources.In fact,the competition between companies is the competition of excellent talents,that is,the overall quality of employees,talent development and management ability.Performance appraisal is the most critical part of the company management process.Scientific performance appraisal can promote the long-term stable operation of the company.From the perspective of the company,strengthening the staff's work engagement can make the staff work harder,improve the work efficiency,make their own work more valuable,avoid interpersonal conflicts,and improve the company's comprehensive efficiency;from the perspective of the staff's personal analysis,the work takes up most of the staff's time,and the staff may be happy to work,It may also alienate its work from attitude.Therefore,a company's performance evaluation system has a great impact on the degree of each employee's input to work.Employee engagement is an important standard to evaluate the effectiveness of human resources,which is closely related to the improvement of the company's performance and the company's great progress.Founded in 2003,Changchun JXGY company is a medium-sized enterprise in mechanical equipment manufacturing industry.As the middle-level managers of the company face the front line of production organization,they have specific work and great responsibilities.Today,with the growing business,the original human resource management system of the company is gradually unable to play its due role,especially in the performance evaluation of middle-level personnel,there are many problems such as inconsistent evaluation standards,unfair and objective evaluation,and the performance evaluation system is in urgent need of excellence And perfect.Based on this,this paper optimizes the performance appraisal system of JXGY company's middle-level managers.After the concept elaboration and the related theoretical analysis,it investigates and analyzes the performance appraisal of JXGY company's middle-level managers,summarizes the existing problems and causes of performance appraisal of JXGY company's middle-level managers,and then optimizes the performanceappraisal system of JXGY company's middle-level managers Improve the design,and from the organization and system guarantee,improve the efficiency of the performance appraisal system work,implement the scientific implementation of the performance appraisal system and indicators and other six aspects of the implementation of the optimization program security measures.
