Research On The New-type Urbanization Of Chongqing Changshou District Under The Background Of Supply-side Structural Reforms

"13th Five-Year" period is the completion of a comprehensive well-off society set period,China is an important period to further promote people-centered new urbanization.As the supply side structural reform,how in this context is more scientific and reasonable to promote the new urbanization,especially in the process of urbanization,how to reasonable allocation of labor,capital,land,industry,resources and environment,we must face and solve these problems.From the overall development trend of the country,the next 20 to 30 years,the western region is undoubtedly the main battlefield of China’s new urbanization.However,from the current point of view,the level of urbanization in the western region China is also behind the relatively developed eastern regions,and the gap is still expanding,this situation for some small and medium-sized city in the western region is very obvious.Generally,the urbanization speed is speeding up,but because of the weak foundation and poor foundation,the unbalanced development and the poor quality of urbanization have appeared.In this paper,the new town of Changshou District of Chongqing city development as a research topic,using empirical research,statistical analysis and other methods,through the literature collection and investigation,the present status of development,the new town of Changshou District of Chongqing City,the existing problems and restricting factors are analyzed,and combined with the background of the supply side structural reform the opinions and suggestions for the future,the new urbanization is put forward through the analysis to Changshou District,new town of Changshou District of the new urbanization and the construction and development of the western region and domestic city to play a guiding role.
