Study On Erformance Process Managemengt Of Zhaotong Taxation Bureau

With the development of china and large size of China's economy,the increasingly tax task is heavy.The tax quality is getting higher and higher,especially after a comprehensive push to reform.However,there is not conducive to the development of tax work because of some tax cadres having some problems of the ideas and styles.At the background of the current efficient and service-oriented government,performance management as one of the key elements of modern public management,has important reference to achieve scientific management.The tax department practical thinking about how to promote performance management is imperative as a direct face to the majority of taxpayers.It is of great significance to strengthen the construction of the tax authorities,to improve the efficiency of the tax cadres,to inspire the vitality of the team and to promote the development of the taxation industry in a set of performance management system in line with the requirements of the development of the tax system.This paper firstly introduce concept of performance management,performance management of tax department.It also illustrates its content and several evaluation.This paper uses Zhaotong National Taxation Bureau as example to make analysis and research on performance management of tax bureau.It also analyzes effect of Zhaotong National Taxation Bureau.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the performance management of Zhaotong National Taxation Bureau,studying the advanced practices of developed countries and provinces.Thus,it summarizes the performance management methods which are suitable for their own.
