Research On The Business Model Of Yunnan Hongshun Ganlin Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd

Domestic agricultural industry still faces the problems of small scale and old mode.In 2017,there were 2,319 domestic agricultural machinery enterprises with a total turnover of 428,368 million yuan,which is only equivalent to the sum of the annual income of the three international industry giants.However,Yunnan Province has insufficient investment in agricultural science and technology.In 2017,the fiscal agricultural special fund was 21 million yuan,while this figure was 37 million yuan in 2010,and the compression rate reached 43.2%in seven years.In addition,due to the constraints of the natural environment,the industrialization mechanism,and the imperfect service system of agricultural socialization,the development of existing agricultural machinery enterprises in the province has been affected,and the operating costs have continued to increase.In addition,due to the intensification of competition between compressed inventory and product homogenization,the operating profits of enterprises have been reduced.The operating profit margin of the agricultural machinery industry in 2017 was 5.71%,down from 6.08%in 2016,and the industry's loss-making companies accounted for 8.93%.Therefore,in this context,agricultural machinery enterprises need to change their thinking,take the extension of the agricultural machinery industry chain and the overall promotion of the value chain as the final goal,and take the chain of service forms and the diversification of profit models as innovation points to carry out business model reforms.Based on the actual development of agricultural machinery in China and the province,this paper studies the case of Yunnan Hongshun Ganlin Agricultural Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.,relying on the theory of value chain,financing leasing,open innovation and agricultural intensification,and proceeds from the core business,customer segmentation,value proposition,and channels of enterprises.This paper analyzes the existing business model of agricultural machinery enterprises and explores the innovative way of the business development model.This paper makes use of internet thinking,user thinking,industry thinking and platform thinking to explore the innovation of agricultural enterprises 'business model,and to create economic benefits for enterprises and users in the form of industry feeding agriculture.With informatization,intensive development thinking to promote the value addition of the agricultural industry chain,the innovative management model of financial leasing is used to explore ways to promote the sale of agricultural machinery,and the possibility of indirectly promoting the development of agricultural finance in Yunnan Province.This paper analyzes the resource allocation,core competitiveness,customer relationship and industrial chain orientation of agricultural machinery distribution enterprises by the theory of business model in order to explore the development and innovation model suitable for agricultural machinery distribution enterprises.
