The 4G network has been widely used since its development,and it is constantly changing people's lives.In recent years,in the continuous innovation and research and development of technology,the user experience has also been continuously changing,and users have put forward higher communication requirements.With the continuous increase of the current communication traffic,the network traffic is increasing,the current communication technology level has been unable to comply,and the mobile communication technology service needs of each user.Therefore,the development of 5G network technology is proposed.5G communication technology can provide more complete and richer service content based on 4G communication technology,and it also has a large amount of information transmission and faster.Information transmission rate,lower communication technology cost investment,and higher communication quality.Hubei Mobile first proposed the "He" brand in the 4G era,and seized the opportunity in the 4G era.However,Hubei Mobile must be in an invincible position in the 5G era.It must evade its own shortcomings in the 4G era,and at the same time use scientific methods to occupy a favorable position in the market and win the favor of users.The research significance of this thesis is to find out the problems of Hubei Mobile in 4G marketing through in-depth study of Hubei Mobile's 4G marketing strategy,signal instability and high tariffs;channel marketing is insufficient,channel management is weak;analysis The planning ability is lagging behind;the segmentation marketing ability is lagging behind and the service satisfaction is not enough.Using modern marketing theory for analysis,the paper finally proposes feasible solutions from 4G business marketing,channel,market analysis,business support and customer service,which is convenient for better 4G and future 5G marketing.In addition,the paper summarizes the good experience of 4G in order to better inherit in the 5G era.
