The China mobile game market is potential growth market. In good market expectation , mobile operator, service provider, content provider and handset manufactory are all trying to turn themselves in the vantage point of the industry chain. Service provider, who is the most important and actively factor of all, is playing a Nexus role in the value chain.Beijing Qun Sheng Wang Technology Limited is a service provider who is focusing on the mobile game market. Qun Sheng needs to work out an accurate marketing strategy to motivate the other links in the value chain, and join them together to promote the marketing activities for mobile games.This paper takes Qun Sheng as a study object to analyze the macro-environment and competitive environment of mobile game industry, as well as the strength and weakness, opportunity and threat in the market by using PEST analysis, Michael Porter's Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis .Then we fractionize the consumers and choose fashion-oriented consumers to be the target users of Qun Sheng in future marketing activities. At the same time, we analyze the characteristics of the fashion-oriented consumers, and make 4P marketing strategy base on the mobile game marketing data analysis.
