As the global ecological environment deteriorates,the international community's concern about sustainable development continues to heat up.The high consumption and high emission characteristics of construction projects make construction engineering one of the main initiators of environmental problems.Green innovation for building projects is in line with the need to save resources and protect the sustainable development of the environment.At the same time,it can win competitive advantage for enterprises in today's increasingly strict market environment,which is an inevitable choice for enterprises to balance economic and environmental benefits.Therefore,how to fully drive green innovation behavior has become a topic of wide concern for researchers and engineering practitioners.However,at present,the development speed of green building in China is not as good as expected,the degree of development is not thorough enough,and the slow implementation of green building projects is not enough.The reason is that the current development of green buildings mainly relies on external environmental regulation and policy regulation,and lacks internal driving force,so that the upper green innovation consciousness and the lower green innovation behavior cannot be effectively connected.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the green innovation behavior-driven mechanism of construction projects from the perspective of non-technical elements.This paper discusses the green innovation behavior-driven mechanism of construction projects from the perspective of organization management,selects the unique leadership style of parent-style leadership,and explores the leadership style to improve the path of green innovation by shaping organizational learning,while exploring the atmosphere of innovation.The regulation of a process.This paper is divided into five chapters,following the question raised-proposing the theoretical hypothesis-the idea of verifying the theoretical hypothesis,the specific content is as follows.Chapter 1,Introduction.This paper puts forward the issues concerned in this paper,and discusses the theoretical significance and practical value of the research in detail with the research background,and briefly introduces the research content,methods and research innovations.Chapter 2,literature review and hypothesis are organization,so that employees can turn green innovation into personal goals and work hard for them.Inspire more innovative behavior.Whether the authoritarian leadership style can stimulate the green innovation behavior of construction projects still needs further research.Leadership style can promote green innovation in construction projects through learning commitment and shared vision.By committing to providing learning opportunities in the organization,subordinates can acquire more knowledge necessary for innovation in their work,and at the same time feel a higher sense of organizational support,thus generating more green product innovation behaviors in construction projects.And under the demonstration effect of the leadership style of the German leadership,the project staff can be promoted to achieve a consistent development vision,and work hard to improve the degree of implementation and efficiency of green building.The higher the innovation atmosphere of the projects.Secondly,the leaders of construction projects should increase the learning opportunities provided by the project personnel,and organize the learning ability as the core competitiveness,and encourage the project personnel to absorb new technologies and new knowledge,complement professional knowledge,and learn from each other through various means.Avoiding self-restraint and letting project personnel feel the organization's support and investment willingness for the continuous learning of engineering project personnel,providing the necessary knowledge base and employee-aware organizational support for the green innovation of construction projects,can promote high complexity and high professionalism.Green innovation in construction projects.Finally,the leaders of construction projects should improve the green innovation atmosphere in the project,which can enable employees to feel the organization's full support for the innovation and creation of construction
