Innovation is the first driving force for development.As the main body of the innovation system,enterprises shoulder the responsibility of promoting the transformation of the real economy and realizing the strategy of driving the development of national innovation.it is inevitable that enterprises will be directly or indirectly affected by many factors in the process of innovation.In view of this,this paper tries to choose the leadership style and organizational culture,which are two representative research factors,analyzes the influence of different types of leadership style and organizational culture on enterprise innovation performance.In order to provide a theoretical reference and policy reference for enterprises to enhance their innovative ability and improve their innovative performance in the leadership style and organizational culture dimension.By combing through the literature and materials,based on the view of Chinese context,this paper defines the measurement dimension of leadership style,organizational culture,enterprise innovation ability and enterprise innovation performance variables on the basis of reference to the maturity scale.This paper obtains data by sending out questionnaires to employees and managers,by using SPSS 23.0 statistical analysis software to carry out the reliability analysis of the above data,and using AMOS 23.0 structural equation model analysis software for confirmatory factor analysis and interactive modeling and analysis.The following main conclusions are obtained:First,transformational and transactional leadership style also have significant positive effect on innovation capability and innovation performance,but the paternalistic is not.Moreover,transformational leadership has a higher effect on innovation capability than transaction type,while transactional leadership plays a more important role in corporate innovation performance;Second,the economic oriented and developmental oriented organizational culture also have a significant positive effect on the enterprise's innovative ability and innovative performance,and the influence of development orientation on enterprise innovation ability is much higher than that of economy oriented,while the economic orientation is more prominent in the influence on innovation performance;Third,enterprise innovation capability plays a partial intermediary role between leadership style,organizational culture and enterprise innovation performance,that is,leadership style and organizational culture all contribute to enterprise innovation performance in different degree through innovation capability;Fourth,the synergy between transformational leadership and development oriented organizational culture has a significant positive impact on corporate innovation performance,but the interaction between transactional leadership style and economic oriented organizational culture is not significant;Fifth,There are significant differences in the influence of different organizational characteristics,such as whether the company belongs to the high-tech industry,the nature of the eterprise and so on.
