With the continuous expansion of China's online tourism market,online tourism platform enterprises are playing more and more important roles in the online tourism market.The problem that online tourism enterprises need to think deeply is how to make use of their own resources and capabilities to gain competitive advantage in the ever-changing tourism market with the degree of marketization is gradually deepening,and the means of competition is richer and richer.When the existing technology,knowledge and capabilities of the enterprise cannot satisfy the autonomy of enterprise product innovation,the enterprise needs to break the original practice and upgrade its own capabilities.The dynamic capability provides an effective path for the enterprise to obtain sustainable competitive advantage.Although the academia has made certain research achievements on the theory of dynamic capabilities,the theory of dynamic capabilities is still in the stage of theoretical construction,especially for the online tourism industry,which is still in its infancy,and defining concepts and exploring its impact remain the focus of research.In this study,the dynamic capabilities of online tourism platform enterprises are studied by literature analysis,case study and statistical analysis.The main purposes of this study are as follows:(1)to understand the current research progress of the academic community through the collation of relevant literature on dynamic capacity,innovation strategy and innovation performance at home and abroad,and to lay a necessary theoretical foundation for this research;(2)to build a conceptual model of the dynamic capabilities of online tourism platform enterprises;(3)to explore the relationship among dynamic capability,innovation strategy and innovation performance of online tourism platform enterprises.The main research questions in this study are:(1)what are the dimensions of dynamic capabilities of online travel platform enterprises?(2)what is the relationship between dynamic capabilities,innovation strategies and innovation performance of online travel platform enterprises?To solve the above research problems,the research content of this study is divided into two parts:Firstly,taking Ctrip as a single case study object,this paper studies the grounded theory,constructs the concept model of enterprise dynamic capability of online tourism platform through open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,and verifies the grounded theory research results through multiple cases.Secondly,through a large sample survey,the domestic online tourism platform enterprises as the research object,a total of 296 effective samples were collected,using SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 for statistical analysis,through empirical research to explore the relationship between dynamic capabilities and innovation strategy,innovation performance.After text and data analysis,the study draws the following conclusions:(1)After exploratory single case study and confirmatory multi-case study,it is found that the dynamic capability of online travel platform enterprise consists of mining demand capability,adapting to demand change capability and guiding demand capability,among which the capability to mine demand is the formation of dynamic capacity of online travel platform enterprise.The basis for adapting to changes in demand is the manifestation of the dynamic capabilities of online travel platform enterprises.The capability to guide demand is an important part of dynamic capabilities.(2)The influence of dynamic capability on innovation performance of online tourism platform enterprises is realized through the adjustment of innovation strategy.Under the mediating effect of innovation strategy,dynamic capability has a significant positive impact on innovation performance.Online tourism platform enterprises can break the existing conventions,integrate and coordinate internal and external resources and advantages by constantly enhancing their ability to tap demand,adapt to demand changes,guide demand,and formulate innovation strategies suitable for the development of enterprises,so as to provide guarantee for enterprises to win better innovation performance and sustainable competitive advantage.Finally,according to the conclusions of this study,the author puts forward the research prospects for the future research on the dynamic capabilities of online tourism platform enterprises.Dynamic capability is a complex concept.Whether dynamic capability has different forms in different stages of enterprise development,whether it plays a general role in enterprise management and development,and how to cultivate and upgrade the dynamic capability of online tourism platform enterprises are all worthy of further study.
