Research On Safety Risk Management For Kenya's Large Tank Installation Project Of New Light Co.,Ltd.

"The belt and road" concept is the strategic decision of China to promote economic and social development.It is also an important measure for China to bring the economic achievements of reform and opening up to the world,deepen exchanges with the world and promote economic and social development.Africa is an important pole in the current world political and economic pattern.It is also the history and natural extension of the Silk Road on the sea.It is an important direction and foothold in our construction of "all the way along the way".Actively participate in Africa;"along the way" construction will give enterprises the development of unprecedented new opportunities.In the implementation of the relevant economic activities,project management is an important management tool to achieve the established goals.At present,as the scope and field of the project involves more and more extensive,the project safety risk management is faced with the characteristics of diversity,its safety risk management requirements are getting higher and higher.Security risk management has become a key factor in the success of the project and security conditions.In this paper,the author take the New Light Co.,Ltd built Kenya large-scale crude oil storage tank of 300,000 cubic meters project as the research object,to carry out the implementation of the project safety risk management research.In this paper,the background and research methods of this paper are expounded firstly.Then,based on the theory and method of advanced safety risk management at home and abroad,the characteristics and process of large tank installation are clarified according to the actual situation of this project.By analyzing the domestic large-scale oil engineering construction group and the similar specifications tank installation research and case analysis,the author proposed the new company Kenya large tank installation project risk management of the basic assumptions,and divided the project implementation into three stages of security risk research:the project preparation stage,the project implementation process stage,and the project acceptance phase.The author identified the project safety risk with the comparative analysis method,the analogy deduction method and the Delphi method.The safety risk level of the project is evaluated by using the pre-analysis method,the operational condition risk assessment method,the safety checklist method,the industrial safety analysis method and the pre-commencement safety inspection method to further assess the safety risk level and then use different control measures to ensure that large tank installation projects in a safe and controllable state of the quality and quantity of the smooth implementation and to ensure that the overall project on time delivery.This article takes Kenya large tank installation project of New Light co.,Ltd as the object of research,the research results can be applied directly to the project itself,as the basis for the safety management of the project,while the same industry for other companies in the safety management practice has a reference.
