| Comprehensive budget management is a scientific control behavior,the decision-making target and the allocation of resources in the form of budget quantization,and can be realized.It is a kind of the management mode that all departments,all staff,all aspects are included in the whole process of the budget management system,is also a kind of enterprise logistics,capital flow,information flow management index system requirements.The XW group was founded in 2012,mainly engaged in new media marketing,since three years,the rapid development,from the beginning of the single type of business,up to dozens of types of business.The company set up a short time,the overall budget management is still in the exploratory stage,the current budget indexs are single,along with the rapid development of enterprises,has been unable to adapt to the development planning of the enterprise,can not achieve the role of budget management,The main purpose of this paper is from a strategic point of view,using the principle of Balanced Scorecard,build a bridge between strategic and comprehensive budget management,the strategic goal of enterprise into rational quantification of budget targets in order to establish a comprehensive budget management system of science.In this paper,through interviews and literature research methods,combined with XW group's comprehensive budget management as the research object.First of all,this article through the domestic and foreign research status of comprehensive budget management and the balanced scorecard,introduces the concept of comprehensive budget management and the balanced scorecard,etc.,laid the theoretical foundation for this research.Secondly,analysis of the current situation of comprehensive budget management in XW group,and the matching of development planning.Finally,Through theoretical basis,combined with the development status of XW group,the future strategic planning,the overall budget management re design. |
