Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of "smart Communities" In Yangzhou Baodai

With the continuous progress of society,the constant development of cities and the new generation of information technology such as global cloud computing,mobile internet,Internet of Things,Web 2.0,etc.,as well as constant upgrade of the relevant technology and management concepts,smart community has become an irreversible trend of China's urbanization and informatization practice.In the report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC,the concept of "smart society"was first put forward,emphasizing that through the application of network power and science and technology,we can joint efforts to promote refined social governance mode and improve the level.of socialization,legalization,intellectualization and specialization of social governance.As the most important part of smart city,smart community is the inheritance,extension and implementation of the concept of smart earth and smart city.Under the trend of urbanization in China,smart community makes full use of advanced information technology to effectively integrate the needs of community affairs,security systems,property.services,convenient services,network communications into an intelligent and efficient information system.This system can provide convenient,comfortable,efficient and safe living environment for residents,realizing the wisdom of the people's life service.It is a digital,intelligent,and humanized community management service form,based on a large-scale intelligent information processing.With literature research method,field investigation method and comparative analysis method,this paper chooses the smart community of Baodai in Yangzhou as the object of analysis.Baodai community started the.construction of "smart community" of Baodai in 2017,taking the lead in introducing comprehensive management services through the use of advanced technologies such as mobile Internet,Internet of Things,intelligent terminals and so on.The platform,coordinating all kinds of information resources,and gradually promote the intelligent management and service of the Baodai community.The construction of smart community has made remarkable achievements,which has improved the living quality of residents and promoted social harmony.However,there are still some problems that need to be further considered,solved and optimized.This paper uses the research thinking of "theoretical basis-construction status-problems and causes analysis-countermeasures and suggestions" to analyze the current situation,problems and causes of the construction of" smart community",and to explore the countermeasures and suggestions for optimization,so as to integrate community management,community property and community services into an efficient information system.With management and technology,people's life is more convenient,safe and comfortable,realizing the network,digitization and intellectualization of community management services,enhancing the sense of acquisition,happiness and belonging.Under the background of big data era,the "smart community " has emerged,developed and merged in the process of urbanization and informatization practice.Practices have proved that the construction of "smart community " can improve administrative efficiency,enhance the level of public services,strengthen social management,promote the reform of administrative system,and build a service-oriented government,which is of great significance.Through the discussion on the construction of "smart community" in Baodai,this paper hopes to provide reference for other cities in China to carry out the pilot construction of"smart community".
