Research On Management Of Community Property Service Based On Social Workers' Assistance

The state attaches great importance to community governance and services,and encourages social work institutions and other social institutions to participate actively in them.Therefore,in the process of social work and other organizations participating in public management,the government has gradually changed the concept and mode of service.Taking Yantian District community in Shenzhen as an example,this paper introduces the problems of property services in the development of this typical community with large immigrants and complex community governance difficulties,and summarizes them into three main bodies: residents,communities and property services.The author participated in the investigation and visits,found the phenomenon that social work is constantly infiltrating into community property services,and saw the change brought by its characteristic theoretical power of "superiority perspective".Therefore,on the basis of literature research,the author also took relevant materials and participatory visits,pointed out the problems of community property service in Yantian District in system construction,supply and demand management,talent construction,community culture and identity,and intellectualized construction,and put forward corresponding improvement countermeasures.In order to make the concept of co-governance,co-construction and scientific,refined and standardized service practiced,the study advocates the government's active action,proposes to enhance the post function and quantity of social workers and realize political and social cooperation,and finds that social workers can flexibly change their different roles,and "multi-linkages" to integrate resources,collect more powerful service needs and other research materials.Industry or other social organizations also advocate benign competition and build a platform of "sharing,co-governance and co-construction".At the same time,we should not forget to enhance residents' awareness of legal autonomy and standardize the development of industry committees Through diversified activities to enhance residents' awareness of legal autonomy and standardize the development of industry committees.
