“Three networks convergence”is an inevitable outcome of the era of globalization,and the inevitable choice to realize the scientific development and sustainable development of the countryside.Under the comprehensive advancement of information technology to all fields of human life,the informatization construction in rural areas has achieved unprecedented development.At present,domestic and foreign scholars have discussed many aspects about the financing mechanism,talent team building and technology extension of rural informatization construction.However,there are few studies on the factors influencing villagers' informatization construction and how to improve their satisfaction.The rapid development of national informatization and the improvement of information technology have created a good environment for the construction of a new socialist countryside in China.But on the whole,the information construction in rural areas is still in need to vigorously promote the informatization construction stage,and as an important part of the sustainable development of rural industry.How to improve the satisfaction degree of rural informatization construction under the background of "three networks convergence",and further improve the level of rural informatization development,is related to the development of the whole rural business construction.Therefore,in order to promote the sustainable development of rural undertakings,it is very necessary to carry out the research on the satisfaction 'of rural informatization construction.This article takes Changsha County as the research object,on the basis of relevant literature and field survey results,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural informatization construction at home and abroad,and discusses the related factors in the satisfaction of rural informatization construction.The evaluation index system is established by analyzing the related factors of satisfaction,and the evaluation model of villagers 'satisfaction is constructed.On the basis of this,the design,distribution,data collection and statistics of the satisfaction questionnaire were carried out,and the two-factor theoretical empirical analysis of villagers 'satisfaction was conducted using SPSS20.0 software.The relevant research results of villagers' needs and satisfaction in rural information construction in Changsha County were obtained.The experience and enlightenment of rural informatization construction in developed countries abroad are further discussed.Finally,Finally,we draws the conclusion of this study and puts forward the suggestions and measures to improve the satisfaction,timely discover and eliminate factors with the villagers,with modern information technology to enhance the adjustment of rural industrial structure,rural development,cultivating new farmers,eventually using information technology to promote agricultural modernization,so as to realize the scientific development and sustainable development in rural areas.
