Community Villagers Participate In Rural Tourism Development Research

The "Rural revitalization strategy" proposed at the 19 th CPC National Congress takes rural tourism as an important part of the development of new tourism with rural characteristics to promote rural development.Considering the development of rural tourism industry from the perspective of community is the internal driving force and impetus for the sustainable development of rural tourism.The active participation willingness and satisfaction of community people help the long-term development of rural tourism,which greatly becomes a powerful measure for the dual promotion of tourism and community.Taking jinan chapter grave area hushan rural tourism development as the research object,in the related literature at home and abroad,in-depth analysis of hushan community villagers' participation in rural tourism on the basis of the feasibility,summed up the hushan applicability of rural community participation in rural tourism development pattern,from the villagers' participation,characteristics and influence factors of participation the comprehensive analysis,to explore the villagers' participation in rural tourism development based on community of willingness and satisfaction,and put forward effective countermeasures.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the community villagers participate in hushan rural tourism feasibility SWOT analysis details about hushan comprehensive rural tourism development,based on the typical model community participation in rural tourism in,explore the hushan rural community participation in rural tourism development pattern including "share cooperation","independent" "poverty alleviation drive" three categories,traditional development mode is relatively single.(2)On the basis of the questionnaire survey,from the perspective of community participation in the development of rural tourism in Baiyun Lake,it is found that the development only focuses on the pursuit of the best economic benefits while ignoring the participation role of local communities,leading to low satisfaction and low willingness of community villagers to participate.The main causes of the problems lie in the differences between the government and the people,the influence of seasonal factors,the uneven distribution of interests,the single way of participation,the insufficient capacity of participation and the multiple social needs.(3)The participation of villagers' participation in rural tourism will improve the hushan community,through the innovation community villagers' participation in rural tourism development pattern,in order to strengthen the management of government decision-making,optimize to participate in the interests of fair distribution,fosters the talent incentive proposal,the above research conclusion can be targeted to help hushan community villagers' participation in rural tourism development.
