Only by innovation can enterprises be based on the fierce competition in the market environment,employees as the leader of enterprises,employees' innovative behavior has been widely concerned by academic circles.In the fierce competition environment,the enterprise adjusts the employment system is one of the ways to encourage employees to innovate,which can inject fresh blood into the enterprise,promote their work innovation,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise as a whole.However,this way will inevitably make employees feel a stronger sense of job insecurity,facing greater pressure.According to the theory of resource preservation,individuals will choose to hide their knowledge resources in the face of high pressure,reduce the willingness to share knowledge,thereby reducing the innovative behavior of employees.According to the Job Requirement-Resource Theory,individual resources and work resources can cushion the impact of work requirements on negative stress,and future self-work clarity,as an individual resource,can play a role in mediating individual behavior.Therefore,for enterprises,whether the employment system at the expense of employees' job security can promote the overall innovation ability is a research topic worthy of further exploration.By defining the relationship among job insecurity,knowledge sharing willingness,employee innovative behavior and future self-work clarity,this paper aims to provide guidance and reference for enterprise managers'innovative behavior.Firstly,the research process and influencing factors of employee's innovative behavior are sorted out by using literature research method;then,job insecurity and knowledge sharing willingness are introduced as influencing factors and mediating variables of employee's innovative behavior,and future self-work clarity is taken as moderating variable,and the hypothesis of this study is put forward.Based on the questionnaire platform,603 questionnaires were collected,of which 505 were valid.Finally,the data were processed and analyzed by multiple regression analysis.The results show that:(1)job insecurity has a significant negative impact on employees' innovative behavior;(2)knowledge sharing willingness partially mediates between job insecurity and employees'innovative behavior;(3)Future self-work clarity moderates job insecurity and knowledge sharing willingnessThe main significance of this study is:(1)to further clarify the relationship between job insecurity and employee innovative behavior,to explain the relationship between job insecurity and employee innovative behavior through knowledge sharing willingness,and to introduce future self-work clarity,to analyze the impact of job insecurity on employee individuals from both internal and external perspectives;(2)from the perspective of enterprise,this paper examines the important role of job security in employees innovative behavior,stresses that enterprises should pay more attention to job insecurity in the process of pursuing innovation,and highlights the importance of knowledge sharing willingness and future self-work clarity,which can provide reference for practical management of enterprises.
