Enterprise innovation is an inevitable choice in the era of knowledge economy and competition globalization,and employees' innovation behavior plays a key role in the overall innovation of enterprises.Therefore,how to effectively stimulate employees' innovation behavior has always been a hot issue that researchers and business managers pay close attention to.Focusing on this hot issue,this study starts from the relationship between organizational support perception and employees' innovation behavior,and integrates knowledge sharing intention into this relationship.Construct and test the mechanism model of "organizational support perception--knowledge sharing intention--employees' innovation behavior".In the process of research,this study firstly reviews the literature related to organizational support perception,knowledge sharing intention and employees' innovation behavior,so as to lay the theoretical foundation of this study.Secondly,according to the actual research background,organizational support perception is divided into two dimensions: percevied support on job and percevied support on life,and knowledge sharing intention is divided into two dimensions: knowledge donating intention and knowledge collecting intention.On the basis of the related research,the research hypotheses are put forward to further explore the relationship between the variables.Next,questionnaires are designed on the basis of the existing mature scales,and questionnaires and data statistics are conducted among the in-service employees.Finally,descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted on the sample data with SPSS22.0 and AMOS21.0 analysis software to verify the research hypothesis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)both organizational support perception and its two dimensions can effectively stimulate employees' innovation behaviors;(2)organizational support perception can effectively induce employees' knowledge sharing intention.Specifically,percevied support on job can effectively induce knowledge donating intention and knowledge collecting intention,while percevied support on life can only effectively induce knowledge collecting intention;(3)knowledge sharing intention and knowledge collecting intention can effectively promote employees' innovation behaviors;(4)organizational support perception influences employees' innovation behavior through the partial mediating effect of knowledge sharing intention.Specifically,percevied support on job influences employees' innovation behavior through the partial mediating effect of knowledge donating intention and knowledge collecting intention;percevied support on life influences employees' innovation behavior through the complete mediating effect of knowledge collecting intention.Based on the conclusion of empirical research,this study puts forward specific suggestions according to the current situation of enterprises,analyzes the limitations of the research and looks forward to the future research direction.
