Under the background of economic globalization and informatization.new requirements have been put forward for enterprises to improve their competitiveness.As one of the key factors for enterprises to achieve sustainable competitive advantage,leadership style and behavior have attracted wide attention from academia and enterprises.Transformational leadership has been proved to be an effective leadership style.However,the lack of trust atmosphere in some domestic enterprises has resulted in lower loyalty and organizational belonging of employees,higher turnover rate as a whole.Affected by traditional Chinese culture,people generally pay attention to emotional experience.Therefore,exploring transformational leadership and trust based on Chinese situation has become the focus of this study.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employees' affective commitment,and to verify the mediating role of leadership trust.This study will collect data through questionnaires,and analyze the valid data through SPSS21.0 and Amos21,including exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model.The results show that transformational leadership has a positive impact on employees' trust in leadership and their affective commitment.And there are two ways for transformational leadership to influence affective commitment.It can not only directly have a positive impact,but also influence affective commitment through influencing trust in leadership.That is,trust in leadership plays a mediating role in transformational leadership and affective commitment.There are two innovations in this study.Firstly,although some scholars have proved that transformational leadership is an effective leadership style and has an impact on organizational commitment,this study focuses on the subordinates' emotional cognition in the interaction between leaders and subordinates.That is to say,this study only focuses on the affective commitment in organizational commitment,and explores how subordinates'inner emotional feelings on leadership behavior affect employees' working attitude and behavior in the process of social exchange.Secondly.This paper further analyses the mediating role of trust in leadership.In the past,some scholars have discussed the important role of trust,but trust can be divided into trust in organization and trust in leadership,and trust in leadership also includes leadership trust in subordinates and Subordinates Trust in leaders.Since this study is based on the perspective of leader-member exchange relationship and from the perspective of employees' internal emotional perception,it focuses on the role of subordinates trust in leaders between transformational leadership and employees' affective commitment.Finally,from the practical point of view,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to effectively improve the leadership effectiveness of transformational leaders,promote domestic subordinates 'trust in leaders and improve employees' affective commitment,in order to help leaders to carry out better management practice.
