Tourism has become an important part of people's life.In the resent studys,tourists are all in pursuit of the satisfaction and happiness of tourists in the process of tourism.For tourism companies that provide tourists with tourist services or tourism products,they should fundamentally create unique visitor experience services for tourists.A thorough study of the types,quality,and influencing factors of tourist experience is an important basis for the healthy development of tourism and the planning and management of tourism destinations.It can be said that tourism experience is also the vitality of modern tourism.As an important form of featured towns,tourism towns have received the attention of the country in recent years.With the promotion of policies,various provinces and cities across the country have responded positively and have joined the creation of tourism towns.In the current trend of tourism town development and tourism consumption upgrading,how to enhance the tourist experience of tourist towns will become the focus of attention in the creation and development of tourist towns.Only those tourism towns that fully consider the tourists' experience,integrate their own resources and exert their own advantages can win more market opportunities and can push the development of tourism towns to a better tomorrow.At present,there are few empirical researches on the tourist experience of tourist towns from the perspective of tourists,especially the research on the types,quality,and influencing factors of tourist experiences in tourist towns.Therefore,this article attempts to explore the issues related to the tourist experience in tourist towns.Based on tourism motivation theory and man-land relationship theory,the thesis draws on the relevant theories of tourist experience,combines the characteristics of tourism towns,puts forward the concept,characteristics,types,quality and influencing factors of tourist experience in tourist towns,and proposes theoretical hypotheses;The tourism town is a case study site.It collects online travels of tourists in Xitang tourist town in Ctrip.com,Malpao,where to go,Xinxin Travel.com,and Tueniu.com's five major tourism websites.It selects,interprets and digitizes travel records.The status quo of the type,quality,and influencing factors of the tourist experience in Xitang tourist town were analyzed.Based on this analysis,the variance analysis,correlation analysis,and factor analysis of SPSS software were used to statistically analyze the tourist experience and its influencing factors.The results validate the theoretical assumptions.Finally,based on the results of the study,we found that the tourist experience in the Xitang tourist town was inadequate,and the suggestions for the improvement of tourist experience in Xitang tourist town were proposed to enhance the tourist experience and promote the sustainable development of Xitang tourist town.The paper concludes as follows:(1)Explore and propose a theoretical system for tourist experience in tourist townsCombining with related theories such as the concepts,characteristics,and classifications of tourism towns,as well as the concepts,characteristics,types,quality,and influencing factors of tourist experience,the concept and characteristics of the tourism experience of tourist towns were explored and proposed,and the aesthetic experience was determined.There are three types of tourist experience,entertainment experience,cognitive experience,evasion,and empathy experience,as well as three levels of satisfaction:satisfaction,indifference,and disappointment.Based on the above theoretical analysis,we analyzed the tourist towns.Tourists experience the influencing factors of quality and put forward the influencing factors assumptions.(2)Empirical research on the type and quality of tourist experience in Xitang tourist town through online travelThrough the collection,collation and analysis of online travel in Xitang tourist town,the study found that the type of tourist experience in Xitang tourist town was diversified as a whole.Different types of experience involved differences in the number of tourists,of which the aesthetic experience was the most prominent,and the entertainment experience was the most prominent.The cognitive experience,escape experience,and empathy experience are weak.As for the quality of tourists experience,the overall experience quality score of Xitang tourist town was 2.83 points(out of 3 points),and the overall experience quality was high.Among them,the experience quality of escaping experience and empathy experience was the highest,and the cognitive experience and aesthetic experience were the most frequent.The worst entertainment experience.(3)Using variance analysis and regression analysis to study the influencing factors of tourist experience in Xitang tourist townFirstly,the analysis of variance was used to study the influence of individual factors on tourists' experience.The study found that there were significant differences between tourists' sex,number of days traveled,travel patterns,number of destinations and selection factors of travel destination and tourists' aesthetic experience,and tourists.There was no significant difference in the age,occupation,and traveler spending on visitor experience.Secondly,based on the analysis of the correlation between tourist town factors and the overall experience quality of tourists,a regression analysis was made on the factors affecting tourist towns and tourists'experience quality.The natural ecological environment,humanities and social environment,transportation facilities and services,and accommodation Facilities and services,shopping facilities and services,recreational facilities and services have a positive and positive impact on visitor experience.(4)Based on empirical research,finding insufficiencies and proposing countermeasuresBased on the empirical research results,it is found that there are certain deficiencies in the development of tourist experience in Xitang tourist town:1)The types of tourists experience:high concentration of sightseeing tours and lack of development of deep experience tours;2)significant differences in the quality of visitors experience:Need to be further improved.The specific manifestation is:the existence of environmental damage,affect the image of the town;commercialization is serious,the town's culture is damaged;obvious homogeneity,lack of personalization;3)supporting facilities and services vary,needs to be adjusted.In response to related issues,the following measures were proposed to enhance the experience of tourists in Xitang Tourism Town:1)to expand the types of tourist experience,develop in-depth products such as in-depth tourism;2)to strengthen the protection of environmental resources,also to refresh the face of the town;3)to reasonably control commercialization,protect the authenticity of the township culture;4)differentiate competition and individualized development;5)improve supporting facilities and services.
