With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the core competitiveness of enterprises is increasingly reflected in human resources management.Performance management is a significant portion of modern human resources management.Efficient performance management can stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of employees,and fully stimulate the potential of employees and the vitality of enterprises.As a core issue of human resource management,performance management is not only a symbol of punishment,but also an effective implementation of performance management provides effective support for the development,allocation,training,salary and overall incentive of human resources.As a difficult problem in human resource management,how to evaluate the performance of various organizations,departments and employees more scientifically,objectively and effectively,and then give the appraisees appropriate incentives,and ultimately achieve the strategic objectives of individuals,organizations and enterprises,which is also a common problem in the industry and outside.Commercial banks in China are also facing such problems in the increasingly fierce competition.Performance management is not only an important issue in the development of commercial banks in China,but also a difficult issue in the development of commercial banks in China.Although the existing performance management system of domestic commercial banks has made some progress,there are still some common problems,such as simply equating performance management with performance appraisal,paying too much attention to financial indicators and neglecting the important position of non-financial indicators in the appraisal,and the failure of performance results to give full play to its role,and so on.The traditional performance management system of commercial banks can not meet the needs of social development,so how to optimize and improve the performance management system of traditional commercial banks needs to be solved urgently.This paper is mainly divided into five parts:The first part introduces the purpose and significance of this study,research methods and main research contents.The second part reviews the relevant knowledge of the performance management theory of commercial banks on the balanced scorecard,which lays a theoretical foundation for the related issues mentioned below.In the third part,the main problems existing in the current performance management model of CS bank are analyzed in the light of the current situation of CS bank development,development strategic objectives and the current performance management model of CS bank.The fourth part puts forward the measures and suggestions for CS Bank to improve performance management.It is recommended that CS Bank further improve the performance management system based on balanced scorecard.Firstly,from the selection of performance management methods,the paper puts forward some suggestions from the characteristics of commercial banks' application of balanced scorecard performance management system,and puts forward suggestions for CS Bank to apply balanced scorecard performance management system.Secondly,it puts forward further How to improve the performance management system of CS Bank based on balanced scorecard,start from the improvement of performance plan,and then gradually optimize the evaluation index system,and in practice should pay attention to establish a good incentive mechanism and further optimize the performance feedback system to achieve CS Bank is based on the purpose of perfecting the performance management system of the Balanced Scorecard;finally,it should pay attention to some other aspects in practice,such as optimizing the performance evaluation cycle and weight of the Balanced Scorecard,establishing an organizational security system for performance management,and establishing a performance culture and so on.The fifth part puts forward the conclusion of this study.
