The financial industry is the lifeblood of the national economy and plays an important regulatory role in the market economy.As a component of the financial industry,the banking industry has affected the development of China's financial industry to a certain extent.In recent years,China's financial industry has developed rapidly,and foreign banks with strong strengths have continuously poured in.Foreign banks have gradually occupied the commercial banking market in China with their mature performance management methods and satisfactory customer service,which has caused the development of domestic commercial banks.A certain impact.Under the current environment of continuous development of the financial industry and increasing number of banks,the traditional financial indicators performance evaluation methods of major commercial banks lack comprehensive and systematic methods,which can no longer meet the needs of the development of the times.Therefore,commercial banks need to develop a new performance evaluation system that matches their strategic development in light of their actual development.Based on the traditional balanced scorecard,this paper adds the social responsibility dimension to construct a new five-dimensional balanced scorecard Jiangxi bank performance evaluation system,finds out the problems of Jiangxi bank traditional performance evaluation and proposes corresponding countermeasures,in order to be a commercial bank in China.Performance evaluation provides reference and reference.Taking Jiangxi Bank as an example,based on summarizing the existing research at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of Jiangxi bank performance evaluation,the improved balanced scorecard performance evaluation method is used to construct the Jiangxi bank performance evaluation system and the performance of Jiangxi Bank is comprehensively and systematically carried out.Evaluation and analysis.This paper selects 21 secondary indicators to construct a scientific and effective performance evaluation system,and uses the balanced scorecard evaluation method to evaluate and analyze the performance of Jiangxi Bank from five dimensions: finance,customer,internal process,learning and growth and social responsibility.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the index weights,and the Jiangxi bank balanced scorecard scores are obtained.Based on the research and analysis results,relevant improvement suggestions are proposed.As a comprehensive system performance evaluation method,the Balanced Scorecard is conducive to the construction of a comprehensive system performance evaluation system of Jiangxi Bank.The Balanced Scorecard evaluates from multiple dimensions of finance,customer,internal process,learning and growth,and social responsibility.It links the performance evaluation system with the status quo,development goals and strategic management of Jiangxi Bank,and incorporates non-financial evaluation indicators into the evaluation system.Overcoming the shortcomings of the traditional performance evaluation method is conducive to the long-term development goals of Jiangxi Bank.With the increasingly fierce competition in the banking industry,banks have begun to pay attention to the evaluation of performance management systems in order to stand out in the increasingly fierce competition.However,Jiangxi Bank has not yet formed an effective performance management evaluation system as a local commercial bank.Jiangxi Bank's long-standing extensive management model and inappropriate performance evaluation system have led the bank to pay too much attention to financial indicators and short-term goals.This paper combines the balanced scorecard performance analysis method with Jiangxi Bank's strategic objectives,combines the short-term benefits of enterprises with long-term goals,and designs a performance evaluation system suitable for Jiangxi Bank's sustainable development,which improves the feasibility of Jiangxi Bank's performance management.At the same time,this study takes Jiangxi Bank as an example,combines general performance research methods with specific cases,builds a performance management system for commercial banks based on balanced scorecards,applies theory to practice,and has a rich performance management evaluation system for commercial banks.Great help.
