In the current environment of legally managing the country and operating legally,the tax burden as an external factor affecting the performance level of China's real estate enterprises has become more and more important.Therefore,how to reduce the tax burden of real estate enterprises as much as possible Improving the tax structure of real estate enterprises has far-reaching significance for promoting the sustainable development of real estate enterprises in China.This paper takes the impact of tax burden on the performance of Shaanxi real estate enterprises as a research topic.On the basis of tax burden,business performance and tax burden affecting the performance mechanism of real estate enterprises,the status quo of Shaanxi real estate enterprises and the status of tax burden of Shaanxi real estate enterprises Through detailed analysis,the author analyzes and evaluates the operating performance of Shaanxi real estate enterprises by constructing the evaluation index sstem.and empirically analyzes the impact of tax burden on the operating performance of Shaanxi real estate enterprises through the construction of regression model.The negative year-on-year increase,the overall tax burden is heavy,and the internal structure is unreasonable;the overall tax burden level of real estate is negatively correlated with its business performance;the value-added tax and the additional tax burden level are positively related to its business performance;the corporate income tax burden level and its business performance Negative correlation.Based on this,the paper proposes targeted countermeasures from the perspectives of enterprises and government,aiming to provide some reference and reference for Shaanxi real estate enterprises and real estate enterprises in other regions in China to minimize tax burden.
