Small and micro enterprises in China's economic system is the most dynamic part of the market,has a pivotal strategic position.The socialized HR support system is crucial to the innovation and development of these companies,and the cohesion of the internal talent pool is vital for its healthy and stable development.Only the two parties can promote the company's Sustainable innovation and development,so to strengthen human resource support system for small and micro enterprises is extremely important value.In this paper,the definition of small and micro enterprises,small and micro enterprises in Changsha need services and help the two basic judgments cut into the small micro-enterprise human resources social support system concept,status and construction basis for elaborated,The main influencing factors of the social support system of enterprise human resources,and its role in the survival and development of small and micro enterprises.Based on the normative analysis,this paper conducts an empirical investigation on the development of small and micro enterprises in Changsha and the status quo of the construction of its social support system.Through quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,the author summarizes the main problems of small and micro enterprises'existence and development in Changsha And the construction of human resources social support system,combined with the system theory,Changsha small and micro enterprise survival and development of social service resources needed for system integration,and then to build Changsha small micro enterprise human resources social support system internal links And put forward some suggestions for further improvement and development.This paper analyzes the social system of small and micro enterprise human resource construction in Changsha city through the methods of literature survey,normative analysis,empirical analysis and questionnaires,and finds out the present situation and main problems.In order to solve the problem of human resource construction in small microenterprises,the problems of recruitment,performance management and labor relations are pointed out,and the related improvement measures are proposed.
