| Along with the wireless internet developed rapidly, telecom operatorsare facing big challenges. In order to attract the customer and improve therevenue and profit, how to supply the service rapidly and supply the goodpost-sales service is becoming more and more important. All of this dependson the improvement of operation management level. To improve the level ofoperation and support service, building the entrepreneur operating supportsystem is the most effective way. Through the research of Shanghai Telecomcompany operation and support system construction and application, thethesis gives some solution and proposal to the issue in the process of systemconstruction, and wish to supply reference for the related telecom operator’ssystem construction.The works mainly includes three parts. The thesis firstly analyzes thetelecommunication industry’s present situation, points out that telecomoperator should enhance the investment to build the entrepreneur information system and the OSS system reconstruction is the most important content inthis process; then based on the operating issue of Shanghai Telecom operator,describe the relation between operation management and construction of theentrepreneur OSS system, investigate the system plan and design; at the last,the thesis analyzes the issue in the building process of Shanghai telecomoperator OSS system, discusses the operating effects after the OSS systemimplementation and gives some proposal in OSS system reconstruction fromthe long-term viewpoint.Based on the Shanghai Telecom company information system project,the thesis investigates and gives solutions in system construction andapplication such as strategic planã€system function and organization designã€system optimizationã€benefit evaluation, summarizes the problems in theprocess of system construction and gives the proposal to these problems. Atthe end, the thesis gives the research and investigation about how to evaluatethe benefit of system construction giving to the company, and discuss aboutthe system evolution mode in the future. |
