The Research On Building A Social Service System Of Chongqing For Micro-Enterprise

Micro enterprises in the creating of employment opportunities, alleviating theemployment pressure, maintaining social stability and activating the market economy,promoting the development of national economy play a good role, with the development ofour national economy, the important position of micro enterprises has become more andmore prominent. September2011, the publishing of " Statistics on medium and smallmicro enterprise division method " let the micro enterprise to be a new, separate standards.The government has repeatedly issued documents to strengthen the construction of externalenvironment and service system, which support the micro enterprise’s development.In this paper, with the help of the definition of micro enterprise (qualitative andquantitative) and the support that the micro enterprises need, described the concept ofmicro-enterprises social service system, features and construction basis. Thus, obtainingthe main factors of the social service system and its role in the survival and development ofmicro-enterprises. In the foundation of standard analysis, with the help of empiricalinvestigation to know the development status of micro enterprises in Chongqing city andits constructing situation of the socialization service system; through quantitative analysisand qualitative analysis, to summarize the main problems in the survival and developmentof micro-enterprises in Chongqing and the lack in social service system construction;combined with the system theory, to integrate the social service resources required for thesurvival and development of micro-enterprises in Chongqing, and then commenced tobuild Chongqing micro-enterprises, social service system on the inner part of the study andmake suggestions for further improvement and development. This paper mainly containsthe following contents:Firstly, defined the content and nature of the concept of micro-enterprises andmicro-enterprises social service system; analyzed the significance on the development ofmicro-enterprises. While explained the development of micro-enterprises social servicesystem theory, thesis-based researching has laid a solid theoretical foundation.Secondly, through looking for information and practical investigation the search data,Find information and research on the development of micro-enterprises in Chongqing summarized the development situation and main problems in the survival and developmentof micro-enterprises.Third, combined with the actual research,analyzed the issue of policy support,development status in Chongqing City, put forward the problem which faced by the micro-enterprises, that social service system is not perfect and need to be rebuild.Finally, puts forward relevant counter measures and suggestions to build the microenterprise socialization service system for Chongqing city.
