The Role Of Government In The Development Of Rural Tourism Wenzhou Yongjia As An Example

Rural tourism,as an important way to enhance the level of the rural economy,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,reshape the image of rural society,goes to the society and gets more and more government attention.As to rural tourism,the resources of it is not exclusive to the public,but the market is competitive.Therefore,rural tourism has properties of quasi public goods,government management is necessary.This paper is divided into seven chapters.Chapter one is the introduction.It introduces the background and meaning of the research and reviews the donestic and foreign literature of rural tourism research,This chapter not only introduce the research ideas,research contents and research methods of this article,but also illustrate the innovation of this paper.Chapter two is the general description of rural tourism.It states the concept,characteristic and theoretical basis of rural tourism,and points the role of government in the development of rural tourism.Chapter three is about the current situation of Wenzhou Yongjia rural tourism.This chapter aims to investigate the overall situation of rural tourism of Yongjia from the resources,development and government role of rural tourism.Chapter four explores the existing problems and reasons of YongJia's rural tourism.It investigates the reason from the central government macro-control,the transformation and different government support functions of local government,the points of tourism management system,social management function and the public product supply.Chapter five introduces the domestic and foreign government's practice and experience in rural tourism development,which might inspire Yongjia's rural tourism development.Chapter six mainly analyzes the methods of solving problems in the development of rural tourism,from the central government,local government and functional departments.Through the study of rural tourism in Yongjia County of Wenzhou City,it would enrich the research on the government function in the development of rural tourism in China and provides a theoretical support.By doing the study,it occurs to me that only by persisting in innovation and improvement,will constant rural tourism and local economy develop constantly.
