Research On The Improvement Of The Competitiveness Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Mongolia

Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are an important part of the country's economic system and play an important role in the economic development of different countries.The development of small and medium-sized enterprises can promote production,create new jobs,prosper social economy,promote enterprise innovation,improve national income and people's quality of life,gradually eliminate monopoly and reduce income inequality.In recent years,small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia have gradually become a powerful driving force for economic development.However,with the further intensification of market competition situation at home and abroad in Mongolia,the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia is facing many problems and unprecedented challenges.How to face these problems correctly and find out feasible countermeasures to solve these problems are very important for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia.In the process of research,the paper mainly uses literature research methods and inductive analysis methods to study how to improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia.The paper is divided into six parts.Firstly,on the basis of relevant theories and previous research results,the concepts of SMEs,Mongolian SMEs and competitiveness are defined in order to make the research object clearer.Secondly,starting from the current situation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia,we will find out the external and internal problems existing in the process of improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia,and analyze the main causes of problems.Finally,from the aspects of strengthening external policy support and improving the ability of SMEs,it proposes relevant countermeasures to solve the problem of improving the competitiveness of SMEs in Mongolia.
