With the advent of the experience economy era,tourists pay more attention to the specific feelings that they get in the process of purchasing and consuming tourism products or services,which meet their psychological and emotional needs.Experience value has become a very important part of understanding tourists.Under the guidance of the national strategy of "Healthy China",whether from the background of the explosive growth of hot spring recreation tourism demand and the diversified development of industrial forms,or from the current situation of some hot spring enterprises in the difficult position of operation and actively seeking the transformation and development of the industry,the evaluation of the value of hot spring recreation tourism experience has become a theoretical question urgently needed to be solved in guiding practice and application.This paper takes the experience value of hot spring recreation tourism as the research object,which is mainly divided into six parts: The first part mainly introduces the research background,significance and purpose,and elaborates on the research ideas,technical routes,research methods,research innovations and so on.The second part mainly collates and defines the related concepts of recreational tourism and hot spring recreational tourism,and reviews and summarizes the experience economy theory,customer value theory and the theory of pre-treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.It also summarizes the related literature of recreational tourism,hot spring recreational tourism and experience value at home and abroad.The third part mainly introduces the development status of hot spring recreation tourism in China,and analyses the lack of experience value of hot spring recreation tourism.The fourth part uses the grounded theory to carry out three-level coding,extracts the evaluation index of the experience value of hot spring recreation tourism,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the evaluation index of the experience value,and constructs the evaluation system of the experience value of hot spring recreation tourism.The fifth part chooses Yujingshan Hot Spring in Yingkou as a case to do empirical research.According to the evaluation system constructed in this study,the author uses the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate and analyze the tourist experience value of the case.It also puts forward some strategies to enhance the experience value of hot spring recreation tourism.The last part is the conclusion of this study,the limitations and shortcomings of the study,and puts forward the prospect of future research.Based on the analysis of the experience value of hot spring recuperation tourism,this paper constructs an evaluation system of the experience value of hot spring recuperation tourism,and finally obtains five categories of evaluation indicators,including hot spring resources,product design,service experience,recuperation function and cultural connotation,as well as 31 sub-evaluation indicators.It also puts forward some strategies to enhance the experience value of hot spring recuperation tourism,such as giving full play to the three and ten functions of hot spring,paying attention to the elements and functional system in the design of hot spring recuperation service,enriching the product design of hot spring recuperation tourism,which has practical suggestions for the development of hot spring recuperation tourism industry and has a positive role in promoting the development of hot spring recuperation tourism industry.
