Research On The Promotion Of Hot Spring Wellness Tourism In Xin Zhou City Based On Tourist Experience

In recent years,people have paid more attention to health.The development of health tourism has gradually become a new highlight of tourism.It can not only bring people the enjoyment of leisure and entertainment,but also meet the pursuit of happiness and health.The development of health tourism is conducive to transforming resource advantages into industrial advantages,economic advantages and development advantages,and is of great significance in promoting the diversified development of industries.Based on the experience economy theory,the hierarchy of needs theory and the theory of sustainable development,this study uses the methods of literature research,interviews and questionnaires to identify the factors that affect the experience of tourists,Taking tourists who have experienced health tourism in Xin Zhou as a sample case,and through the questionnaire survey on the motivation of these tourists to carry out hot spring health tourism and the importance and satisfaction of experience factors in the process of tourism,this paper analyzes the experience of tourists in hot spring health tourism in Xin Zhou with the method of empirical analysis,and summarizes the existing problems of health tourism in Xin Zhou.Combined with questionnaires,interviews and literature,this paper puts forward the paths to improve the hot spring health tourism in Xin Zhou City.The results show that: the satisfaction of tourists’ experience has a great relationship with tourists’ motivation,education,income,tourism destination environment,tourism products and services.As an experiential tourism activity,hot spring health tourism’s tourism motivation mostly comes from internal needs,including physical and psychological relaxation,rehabilitation,etc.For tourist destinations,we should strengthen these aspects: strengthen top-level design,build policy guarantee;Rely on big data to obtain the experience needs of different tourists,actively develop hot spring health tourism related services and products with good tourists’ experience,improve the matching supporting facilities,increase the attraction to tourists,and meet the experience needs of tourists;Fully integrate the cultural atmosphere of hot spring health tourism and local food and accommodation,improve the service quality and improve the satisfaction of tourists’ experience;Innovate the integration measures of hot spring health tourism and other tourism,extend the hot spring tourism industry chain,and increase the richness of tourists’ experience.
