Research On Performance Management Of Yunnan Highway Maintenance Construction Project

Yunnan provincial highway sub-bureaus need to invest a variety of manpower,material resources and technology in the maintenance and construction of each highway.However,because Yunnan is located in the remote areas of Southwest China,the backward economy and culture has led to the lack of funds,personnel and technology in the maintenance process.Faced with the lack of technology and management personnel,how to use resources and manpower to promote the efficiency and effectiveness optimization of highway maintenance projects becomes particularly critical,which is also the core of project performance management.As a core component of project management,project performance management can further motivate project team and project members through effective communication among projects and between projects and enterprises through certain means of performance in the whole process of project management,and ultimately promote the project to achieve the desired objectives and achieve the optimal results.Improving and perfecting the performance management of highway maintenance construction projects in Yunnan provincial highway sub-bureaus and exploring a scientific and reasonable project performance management mode conforming to local characteristics are of great significance and important value for improving the management level of highway maintenance construction in Yunnan and the quality and benefit of highway maintenance.On the basis of summarizing the theoretical achievements of project performance management in the international and domestic markets,this paper makes a simple theoretical analysis.Firstly,it makes a brief analysis of the current situation of performance management system of maintenance construction projects in S Highway Branch Bureau.Then,it focuses on the existing problems of performance management of maintenance construction projects in S Highway Branch Bureau by means of questionnaire survey and probes into the causes of these problems.Thirdly,through the advanced experience in performance management of highway maintenance construction projects at home and abroad,this paper analyses the advanced performance management and project management experience of foreign advanced highway maintenance projects,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the performance management of Yunnan highway maintenance construction projects.It is hoped that through this study,we can guide the improvement of performance management of Yunnan highway maintenance construction projects and provide reference for other similar highway maintenance construction projects in performance management,so as to improve the project management level of the whole industry.In addition,we hope that this study can form certain theoretical results and provide theoretical guidance for the follow-up related practice work.
