To maintain the normal life of the highway needs:Thirty percent of the highway construction,seventy percent of the highway maintenance,Along with the "12th Five-Year" the national strategy for the implementation of major transport logistics,Yunnan highway traffic mileage is increasing,the opening level of the highway is also constantly upgrading.However,China's annual financial of the highway mileage maintenance of the unit is not increased,the unit mileage of highway maintenance personnel also did not increase.For example,in Binchuan highway management section,the proportion of highway mileage and maintenance personnel as high as 3:1 presently,which higher than the relevant standard,in some conditions can not change the circumstances,we need to use scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system to encourage and guide the highway maintenance workers,give full play to the initiative of the employees,to ensure the implementation unit functions,and the smooth,safe,comfortable and beautiful environment of the highway.Based on the above background,By drawing on the existing research results of the performance evaluation of highway maintenance workers at home and abroad,this paper takes the Binchuan highway management section as an example to conduct the field research and analysis,summed up the staff performance appraisal present situation and existing problems,Analysis of Binchuan highway management staff for performance assessment of the existence of such as lack of awareness of the lack of awareness of the assessment methods,.The author conducted in-depth analysis and thinking of the reasons,on the basis of this,put forward by changing the staff's idea,optimizing the assessment indicators,making good use of the appraisal system,e establishing the information management system to improve the Binchuan highway management staff performance appraisal system,which play an important role of performance appraisal to promote benign development unit.
