| With the arrival of the full-service operation policy in the area of communication industry and the growth of the O2O business,our telecom market faced an increasingly competitive environment.The traditional operators should make strategic transformations swiftly and raised their quality of service rapidly to remain their market status.In the era of the information,business operations and services depend on the support of IT systems,however,most of the domestic operators lacked a full consideration with both the IT project construction and maintenance aspects.They always only pay attention on the functional construction of the system during the project construction phase to chase the timely project completion,while neglecting the non-funcitonal performance of the new IT system,which could cause potential risks and finally result in serious problems.It could also unsatisfied customers and affect the company’s profits.Therefore,the paper proposed an idea which based on IT system life-cycle management,combined with the knowledge of the ITIL management system.The writer tried to restructure the organizational structure and make the core IT management process optimization to raise the quality of the IT system construction and operation.Firstly,the writer make effort to identify the main factors which could cause the failure of the IT system projects with the collection and analyzing of the real examples of IT systems,and divided these factors into internal and external categories.Then the writer restructure the organizational structure to resolve external problem and adjust core process to reduce internal impacts.With the research of these theory and practice,the writer wish to establish a model of the IT system management which could use in the production environment.Finally,the writer described the application of these theory and verified the effects through the examples of the IT system project which called BOSS cloud restructure.The thesis conclusion are practical and has some promotional value. |
