The physical outlets and self-service machines of banks are the physical channels for banks to make profits.Commercial banks obtain customers and activate customers through physical channels,and ultimately achieve the purpose of making profits.However,with the prosperity and development of Internet finance,the ability of traditional physical channels to obtain customers has gradually declined,and financial consumers are more inclined to use the virtual channels of Internet to meet their financial needs.In order to meet the needs of market competition,banks should find out the way of future transformation and development of physical channels as soon as possible,in order to retain customers and increase bank efficiency.Foreign banks began to study the transformation of physical channels at an early stage.At present,there is a macro theoretical basis,and some banks have begun drastic transformation reform.The development of Internet Finance in China is more rapid than that in other countries,but the management and operation of physical channels of banks in China lag behind the economic development.Therefore,domestic banks urgently need a successful case of physical channel transformation to lead the development of the industry.Based on this background,combined with the example of DQ Branch of JS Bank,this paper explores the existing problems and the necessity of transformation of physical channel management,and gives specific solutions to the constraints of transformation.Based on the analysis of the basic situation of the DQ branch of JS Bank,this paper gives the specific transformation strategy,combining the existing research theory and physical channel transformation methods at home and abroad.The full text is divided into five chapters: Chapter 1 introduces the background and significance of the research on bank physical channel transformation,studies the latest research results and academic literature in recent years,draws lessons from the theory and strategy of physical channel transformation,combs out the content and ideas of this study;Chapter 2 gives the relevant concepts of bank physical channel and channel management,and determines the transformation of physical channel.Chapter 3describes the overall business structure of JS Bank DQ Branch,analyses the current situation of physical channel construction of DQ Branch,and finds out the problemsexisting in the transformation,and focuses on the analysis of the external and internal reasons for its transformation.The factors that restrict the transformation and development of physical channel of DQ branch are analyzed.External factors mainly include economic factors,regional factors,network overall function factors,customer group factors.Internal factors mainly include cost factors,technical factors,management factors and human capital factors.Chapter 5 gives corresponding solutions to the constraints analyzed in Chapter 4.The implementation of these strategies can help the physical channel transformation of banks,and has a broad significance for the promotion of national commercial banks.Finally,the research results of this paper are summarized based on the research of this paper.
