Research On The Issue Of Green Bonds

Since China's reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development,but the resulting environmental problems to be reckoned with,the report clearly pointed out that the party's 19th to promote green development,to establish and improve the development of green low carbon cycle economy,build a market-oriented system of green technology innovation,develop green finance,strengthen energy conservation and environmental protection industries.At present,China's economy is transforming from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.Therefore,it is an important strategic goal of China's current development to change the development mode,optimize the industrial structure and build a modern economic system.Green finance,as a link between green economy and green industry,can provide necessary financial support for China's economic transformation.Green bonds,as an innovative product,have both financing and green functions,which is in line with the needs of national strategic development.As one of the pillar industries of the national economy,the development of the automobile industry is strongly supported by the government.The 13th five-year plan puts forward the development of green manufacturing and low-carbon,information and intelligent product functions,in which new energy vehicles are an important direction.In the future,China's automobile industry will no longer take the expansion of production capacity and scale as a strategic task,but will be faced with the tasks of acting as a pilot industry,undertaking the upgrading of social,economic and technological innovation platform and leading the adjustment of industrial structure.Based on the case of the first green bond issued by the new energy vehicle industry,this paper attempts to provide some enlightenment for the development of new business by issuing green bonds for the new energy vehicle industry in China,and provide reasonable Suggestions for the development of green bonds in China.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction.This paper gives a brief description of the research background and significance of this paper,clarifies the research ideas and methods,and points out the possible innovations and inadequacies of this paper.The second part is the definition of related concepts of green bonds and the research status at home and abroad.Firstly,the domestic and foreign theoretical research results are summarized to clarify the concept of green bonds.Secondly,the types of green bonds and the issuance process of green bonds are briefly discussed.The third part is the analysis of China's green bond market.In combination with China's national conditions and economic and financial markets,this paper reviews the development process of green bonds in China and introduces the current situation.It also reveals the key problems and pain points faced by enterprises when issuing green bonds before,during and after the issuance of green bonds.The fourth part is the case analysis and summary of Beijing auto green bond issuance.First of all,a brief introduction to the basic situation of Beijing automotive,the main content of Beijing automotive comprehensive strength,new energy vehicle market position and future development trend.Secondly,the motivation and qualification of issuing green bonds of Beijing automobile are introduced,including the background,operation and financial status analysis.Then,the paper introduces the application process,certification and post-issuance bond management process of green bonds issued by Beijing automotive,in an attempt to find out the possible deficiencies and worthy references in each link of this issue.Finally,this paper reviews and summarizes the green bonds issued by Beijing automotive from the perspectives of issuance motivation,issuance effect,issuance cost and payment capacity.The fifth part is the main conclusions and suggestions.At the same time,in view of the problems found in the research,corresponding constructive Suggestions are put forward for Chinese enterprises to issue green bonds and government regulators to promote the development of green bonds.
