Meitao International is a small and medium-sized private enterprise. After 12 years of rapid development,it has grown from a unregistered small startup team to a multinational enterprise group integrating international trading, hotel and real estate and other industries. The group has seven subsidiaries in Africa. As a direct participant of the Meitao International Rwanda and Burundi subsidiaries, the author uses Meitao International as a case study object. On the basis of introducing each important stage of enterprise development, the author applies the Born Global growth drivers framework model and uses the company internal data and interview data to analyze how the three main drivers influence the born global growth during its initial stage, rapid development and resources accumulation stage, and transition stage. The thesis research results show that the entrepreneurial factors, internal environmental factors and external environmental factors have indeed affected the growth of the Born Global. These three factors are not static in different stages of the enterprise development, and all three factors are developing andchanging. Finally, the research findings on entrepreneurship in this case are inconsistent with the description of the entrepreneurial spirit in the traditional Born Global theory. In the traditional ceramic building materials industry, the innovation embodied in the entrepreneurship is mainly reflected in how company adapts to changes in the external environment.Due to the entrepreneur's personal ability and industry background, entrepreneur shows more rationality in the process of transnational operations.Especially in the establishment of the enterprise, the entrepreneur has no risk-taking behavior. At the end of the thesis, based on the research results of the article, the author provides the proposals for the international operation of the Born Global.
