The Research Of Growth Factors Of Zhejiang Born Globals

With the emergence of entrepreneurial economy and deepening of economic globalization during last decade, Born Globals, a brand-new form of internation organization which is quite different form traditional multinational corporations, appeared and develops quickly. Being a business organization since its inception, Born Globals seeks to drive significant competitive advantage by integrating varous resources to compete with those who are mature enterprises comparatively, the development of Born Globals presents chanllenges of traditional internationalization theory, and managerial implication can be drawn from the exploration investigation of their high-rate growth. Researchers found the Bom Globals Plays an increasing important role in international market. Under such conditions, there is intense requiremen of research on these firms.The paper is cocsisits of three parts. First of all, after reviewing the previous literatures, the paper proposes a basic theoretical model and working hepothesis. Secondly, data were collected from Born Globals by questionnaires, items of which were extracted from classical scales and modified or self-designed through small sample research. Finally, taking Zhejiang Born Globals as valid sample, the theoretical model and hypotheses were analyzed empirically using of SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0, and the hypotheses were largely supported.Based on the results of investigation and data analysis,this paper comes to several conclusions which indicate that the entrepreneurship, niche market finding and the enterprises ability are summarized as the driving forces of Zheiang Born Globals.These factors have positive a influence to internationalization degree in the seting up period of the Born Globals. We could also find relationships between these driving forces that are affected one another.According to the theoretical research conclusions in combination with concrete circumstance of enterprises, we represent several advices for business internationalization, and the expected future work is depicted at the end of the Paper.
