Exploration Of Born-global Enterprises Growing Factors

With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology,the increasing internationalization of enterprises, a new form of organizations-borninternational enterprise, which is different from the traditional model of internationalbusiness development, it continues to emerge and develop, and participated ininternational competition from the establishment,and opened the international road.For the study of this type of business, back in the early1990s, many foreign scholarsstudy found that many small and medium enterprises actively explored foreignmarkets in the early days, and make full use of its available resources, providing highvalue-added products and services to seek and obtain a competitive advantage abroad;in the process of internationalization of enterprises in this category, the enterpriseswere not follow the traditional theory of "progressive " or " slow " development, butin a completely new development model which appears differently. With the trend ofeconomic globalization, more and more obvious, the internationalization of bornenterprises are constantly emerging and increasing all over the world, and the positionin the international market is also more and more important. The research of domesticand foreign scholars focus on the internationalization of born enterprises is also acorresponding increase.This dissertation aims to conduct a preliminary study for the form and operation of theborn international business, on the basis of the internationalization analysis whichwere summarized in the past scholars’ theories, to explore the form factors of borninternational enterprise which has such limited resources, and what factors drive andrestrict their development, etc., to analyze these SMEs are for what motive, whatkind of advantage with the conditions to establish and access to international markets,and how to get development under the fierce international competition in the future.This article will use the method of combining the theoretical analysis and case studiesto discuss the operation of a born international business. And expect to summarizevaluable international experience from the cases. At last, combined with our countrycurrent status quo of born international enterprises’ analysis, providingrecommendations for the development of our small international enterprises.
